Required fields
- Name โ the recipientโs full name as it should appear on the label
- Email โ used to send delivery status notifications
Optional fields
- Phone number โ recommended when available; allows the driver to contact the recipient if needed
Email is mandatory. Shipments cannot proceed without a recipient email address.
