Required fields

  • Name β€” the recipient’s full name as it should appear on the label
  • Email β€” used to send delivery status notifications

Optional fields

  • Phone number β€” recommended when available; allows the driver to contact the recipient if needed
Email is mandatory. Shipments cannot proceed without a recipient email address.
