What you can do
- Create shipments — enter recipient details, package dimensions, and shipping options
- Purchase labels — buy postage for draft shipments individually or in bulk
- Track shipments — view real-time status updates through the UniUni network
- Batch shipments — group shipments together for consolidated drop-off
- Cancel or refund — cancel shipments that haven’t been picked up yet
- Export to CSV — download shipment data for reporting or reconciliation
Shipment statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Shipment created but label not yet purchased |
| Pending | Label purchased, awaiting drop-off or pickup |
| Received | Accepted at a UniUni facility or drop location |
| In Transit | Moving through the UniUni delivery network |
| Out for Delivery | With a driver, en route to the recipient |
| Delivered | Successfully delivered to the recipient |
| Cancelled | Shipment has been cancelled |
Creating a shipment
Select Create Shipment from the top-right corner of the Shipments page. You’ll be guided through entering recipient information, package dimensions, content details, and shipping options before purchasing your label.Labels must be purchased before a shipment can be dropped off or picked up. Draft shipments without a purchased label will not be accepted at drop locations.
