The final step before purchasing your label. Review all shipment details carefully — once the label is purchased, changes cannot be made.

What to review

  • Destination address and recipient details
  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Shipment contents and declared value
  • Selected service level and estimated cost
  • Add-ons — insurance or delivery verification, if applicable
You can return to any previous step to make changes before purchasing.

Purchasing the label

Once everything looks correct, select Purchase Label. The label cost is deducted from your wallet balance immediately. After purchase:
  • The shipment status changes from Draft to Pending
  • Your label is available to download and print from the Shipments page
  • The shipment is ready for drop-off or pickup
Once the label is purchased, shipment details cannot be changed. To modify a shipment after purchase, you must cancel it and create a new one.
Make sure your wallet has sufficient credits before purchasing. Labels will not be issued if your balance is too low. Add credits →
