Sometimes the link between your Shopify store and UniUni Platform can fall out of sync. When that happens, new orders stop importing even though everything looks normal in Shopify. Refreshing your connection re-establishes the link so orders start flowing again — no need to disconnect and set everything up from scratch.

Signs your connection needs a refresh

Recent orders from your store don’t appear in UniUni Platform, even after waiting a few minutes.
The orders are confirmed and unfulfilled in your Shopify admin, but they never make it into UniUni Platform.
A Shopify order imported but you can’t purchase a shipping label for it, or you get a “no postage available” error.
If you’re seeing any of these, refreshing your connection usually resolves it.

How to refresh your connection

1

Open your Shopify integration settings

From the dashboard sidebar, go to SettingsIntegrations, then open your Shopify integration.
2

Click Refresh connection

In the Shopify settings, click Refresh connection.
3

Wait for confirmation

The button shows a brief loading state, then a success dialog confirms your connection has been refreshed.
Refreshing only takes a moment and won’t affect orders you’ve already imported or labels you’ve already purchased.

After refreshing

Once the connection is refreshed, new orders should import normally. For any orders that were stuck before, ask your team (or have the merchant) place or re-save the order in Shopify so it imports again.
If a few specific orders still don’t appear after refreshing, try re-saving or re-fulfilling them in your Shopify admin to trigger a fresh sync. If they still don’t import, reach out to support.
