A Shopify order imported but you can’t purchase a shipping label for it, or you get a “no postage available” error.
How to refresh your connection
Open your Shopify integration settings
From the dashboard sidebar, go to Settings → Integrations, then open your Shopify integration.
Refreshing only takes a moment and won’t affect orders you’ve already imported or labels you’ve already purchased.
After refreshing
Once the connection is refreshed, new orders should import normally. For any orders that were stuck before, ask your team (or have the merchant) place or re-save the order in Shopify so it imports again.Still not working?
