Your wallet balance is used to purchase shipping labels on the UniUni Platform. You can add credits at any time using a saved credit card.

How to add credits

  1. Select the Add Credits button in the header bar of your dashboard.
  2. Choose a preset amount or enter a custom value.
  3. Select your payment method from your saved cards on file.
  4. Confirm the payment to load your wallet.
Your balance updates immediately after a successful charge.

Processing fees

A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee applies to top-ups below $50.00. To avoid this fee, add $50.00 or more at a time.

Supported payment methods

Only local credit cards are supported. If your account is registered on UniUni Platform - Canada, only Canadian credit cards are accepted. Ensure your card matches the region of your account.
International or foreign-issued cards will be declined at checkout. To manage your saved payment methods, go to Profile → Settings → Credits & Billing.
