Delivery Verification requires the driver to confirm that the package was physically handed to the recipient before the delivery is marked complete. Available confirmation methods:
  • Signature — recipient signs to confirm receipt
  • PIN — recipient provides a PIN to confirm receipt (available on select routes)
When Delivery Verification is enabled, safe drop (leaving the package unattended) is not permitted. The driver must make direct contact with the recipient.
