The UniUni Platform uses Stripe as its payment processor for all credit card transactions. Your card details are securely stored and managed by Stripe — UniUni never stores raw card data.

Setting up your first payment method

When setting up your wallet for the first time, you will be prompted to add a payment method. This card will be used for wallet top-ups and automatic charges.

Managing payment methods

To view, add, or change your payment methods:
  1. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner of the header.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Navigate to the Credits & Billing tab.
  4. Under the payment methods section, you can:
    • Add a new credit card
    • Set a default card for charges
    • Remove saved cards

Multiple cards on file

You can save multiple credit cards to your account. If a charge to your default card fails, the platform will attempt to charge the next available card on file as a fallback.
Only local credit cards are supported. Cards must be issued in the same country as your registered UniUni Platform account.
