Automatic top-up keeps your wallet balance funded without manual intervention. When your balance drops below a set threshold, the UniUni Platform automatically charges your default payment method and adds credits to your account. This is especially useful if you’re using the REST API or a fulfillment integration (Shopify, ShipStation, WooCommerce) where label printing happens in automated workflows — a low balance can cause label creation to fail mid-fulfillment.

Enabling automatic top-up

  1. Select your profile icon in the header bar.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Navigate to the Credits & Billing tab.
  4. Scroll to the Automatic Top-Up section.
  5. Toggle Auto Top-Up to ON.
  6. Set your threshold — the balance level at which an auto top-up is triggered.
  7. Set your top-up amount — how much will be charged to your payment method when the threshold is reached.
Once enabled, top-ups happen automatically in the background. You can review all auto top-up charges in the Transactions page.
The same processing fee applies to automatic top-ups. Set your top-up amount to $50.00 or more to avoid the 2.9% + $0.30 fee.

Disabling automatic top-up

Toggle Auto Top-Up to OFF at any time from the same Credits & Billing settings tab. Your configured threshold and top-up amount are saved for when you re-enable it.
