Follow these six steps to request a pickup through the UniUni Platform.

1. Create or import shipments

Start by adding your shipments to the UniUni Platform. You can:
  • Create manually — Use the shipment creation wizard in the dashboard
  • Upload a CSV — Bulk-import shipments from a spreadsheet
  • Import from an integration — Sync orders from Shopify, ShipStation, or WooCommerce
Once your shipments are created, print the individual shipment labels.

2. Create a batch

A batch is a group of shipments that you physically consolidate into a single box, bag, or container. Batching your shipments:
  • Keeps packages organized
  • Reduces loose shipments
  • Minimizes the risk of loss or damage
  • Speeds up the pickup process
Create a batch in the dashboard and add your shipments to it.

3. Prepare the batch

Place all labeled shipments into one sealed box. This box becomes the batch.

4. Label the batch

Print the batch label from the dashboard and attach it clearly to the outside of the sealed box. This label lets drivers and facility staff track and process your shipments.

5. Request your pickup

Navigate to the Pickups section in the dashboard:
  1. Select your preferred pickup date
  2. Commit the batches you want picked up
This confirms your pickup request.

6. Be ready on pickup day

On the scheduled date:
  • Make sure someone is available at the pickup address during the pickup window
  • Have your sealed, labeled batch boxes ready to hand off
Drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If no one is available, the pickup is marked as failed and the fee is non-refundable.
