A pickup fee is charged per request. The fee is deducted from your wallet balance when you submit the pickup request.
Fee waiver
If you commit 30 or more shipments for pickup in a single request, the pickup fee is waived automatically at submission.
Loose shipment policy
Loose packages — shipments not consolidated into a sealed batch box — can be picked up, but they are not covered by UniUni’s loss or damage policy.
Always consolidate your shipments into a batch before pickup. Loose shipments picked up without a batch label are at your own risk. Additional handling fees
Additional fees may apply in the following situations:
- Loose shipments — More than one unbatched shipment received on the same day
- Pickup delays — Extended wait time caused by the shipper not being ready
- Special handling — Packages requiring extra care beyond standard pickup procedures
