Late drop-offs
Drop-offs made after the cut-off time may not be delivered within the promised service window.The cut-off is determined by the scan event timestamp recorded when staff scans your shipment. If you’re unsure whether your drop-off was scanned before the deadline, ask your branch associate to confirm the scan time.
