A split order is an order divided into fulfillment groups — subsets of the order’s items that are packed and shipped separately. Each fulfillment group becomes its own shipment with a unique tracking ID. If you’re coming from Shopify, this mirrors Shopify’s split fulfillment workflow — the concept is the same.Documentation Index

What is a fulfillment group?
A fulfillment group is a subset of an order’s items that ships independently. When an order is split, its fulfillment groups are nested within it on the Orders page. Each group, when committed, becomes its own shipment on the Shipments page with a unique tracking ID.When to split an order
Splitting an order is recommended when multiple shipment packages are needed to ship out the complete order.Current availability
At this time, split orders on the UniUni Platform are a representation of orders that were already split in Shopify. If a Shopify order has been split using Shopify’s split fulfillment, the fulfillment groups will be reflected on the Orders page automatically. Splitting orders directly within the UniUni Platform is not yet available.Coming soon — a 2-way synced workflow between the UniUni Platform and your integrations, allowing you to split and manage fulfillment groups directly from the platform.
