Auto-import keeps your Orders page up to date without any manual syncing. When a new order comes in through a connected integration, it’s pulled into UniUni automatically and ready for you to review and fulfill.

Prerequisites

Your integration must be connected before you can enable auto-import. If you haven’t done that yet, see Integrations.

Enabling auto-import

1

Go to your integration settings

In the UniUni Platform, navigate to Integrations and select the integration you want to configure (Shopify, WooCommerce, or ShipStation).
2

Turn on auto-import

In the integration settings panel, toggle Auto-import orders on. Orders will begin syncing automatically from that point forward.
Auto-import is configured per integration. If you have multiple stores connected, repeat these steps for each one.
Once auto-import is enabled, new orders will appear on the Orders page shortly after they are placed in your store.
