Automated printing lets you send a label directly to your printer without downloading a PDF to your computer first. This saves time and reduces manual steps in your workflow.
Automated printing is an optional feature. It requires QZ Tray, a free third-party application that must be installed on your computer. Standard Download & Print works without any additional setup.

How It Works

UniUni Platform integrates with QZ Tray — a lightweight background application that connects web apps to local printers. Once installed and running, the platform can send print jobs directly to your printer with a single click.

Setup

  1. Download and install QZ Tray on your computer.
  2. Launch QZ Tray — it will run silently in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (macOS).
  3. Return to the UniUni Platform. It will automatically detect QZ Tray and enable automated printing.

QZ Tray is a third-party product maintained independently of UniUni. For configuration help or troubleshooting, refer to the QZ Tray Getting Started guide.
