Batching is the recommended way to drop off shipments through the UniUni network. Here’s why it matters.

Avoid handling fees

Dropping off more than one shipment loosely on the same day — without committing them to a batch — will result in a handling fee charged to your wallet. If your wallet balance is insufficient, the fee will be charged to your credit card on file. Batching ensures your shipments are properly assigned before drop-off and eliminates avoidable charges.

Faster processing

When UniUni staff receive a batch, they scan and process all shipments in the group at once. This speeds up intake and reduces the time between your drop-off and your packages entering the delivery network.

Stay organized

Named batches give you a clear record of which shipments were dropped off together. You can reference your batch history at any time from the Batches page, making it easier to investigate delays or reconcile fulfillment runs.
