Where orders appear

After connecting your Shopify store, imported orders appear in the Orders section of the UniUni Platform dashboard. Orders land in the staging area first, where you can review and adjust them before creating shipments.

Order statuses

Imported Shopify orders move through the following statuses:
StatusDescription
StagedOrder imported and awaiting review. Not yet converted to a shipment.
DraftConverted to a shipment but not yet purchased. You can still edit details.
PendingLabel purchased and shipment is awaiting carrier pickup.
In TransitCarrier has picked up the package.
DeliveredPackage has been delivered.
CancelledShipment was cancelled before carrier pickup.

Filtering and searching

Use the toolbar at the top of the orders table to find specific orders:
  • Search — Search by order number, recipient name, or tracking number
  • Status filter — Filter by order status (staged, draft, pending, etc.)
  • Date range — Filter by order creation date
  • Store filter — If you have multiple Shopify stores connected, filter by source store

Viewing order details

Click on any order to view its full details:
  • Recipient information — Name, address, phone number, email
  • Package details — Items, weight, dimensions
  • Shipping service — Selected carrier and service type
  • Order source — Which Shopify store the order came from
  • Shopify order number — Links back to the original order in your Shopify admin

Editing orders before shipping

While an order is in Staged or Draft status, you can edit:
  • Recipient address — Correct or update the shipping address
  • Package weight and dimensions — Adjust to match the actual package
  • Shipping service type — Change the carrier or service level
  • Special instructions — Add delivery notes or handling instructions
Once a label is purchased, the order details are locked. Make sure all information is correct before purchasing.
