Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:- A UniUni Platform account — Sign up or log in to your dashboard
- A Shopify store with admin or staff access that includes app installation permissions
Step 1: Log in to UniUni Platform
Go to ship.uniuni.com and sign in with your merchant credentials.Step 2: Navigate to Integrations
From the dashboard sidebar, go to Settings → Integrations. You’ll see a list of available integrations.Step 3: Connect Shopify
Click Connect next to the Shopify integration. You’ll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection.- Log in to your Shopify admin if prompted
- Review the permissions UniUni Platform is requesting
- Click Install app to authorize the connection
Step 4: Configure import settings
After connecting, configure how orders are imported:- Auto-import — Choose whether new orders are imported automatically or on demand
- Order filters — Optionally filter which orders are imported (e.g., by fulfillment status)
- Default service type — Set a default shipping service for imported orders
Step 5: Verify the connection
To confirm everything is working:- Go to Settings → Integrations and check that Shopify shows as Connected
- Place a test order on your Shopify store (or use an existing unfulfilled order)
- Check the Orders page in UniUni Platform — the order should appear in the staging area
It may take a few minutes for the first orders to sync after connecting. If orders don’t appear after 10 minutes, check the troubleshooting section below.
Connecting multiple stores
To connect additional Shopify stores, repeat the steps above for each store. All stores will import orders into the same UniUni Platform account. Orders are tagged with their source store so you can filter by store in the dashboard.Troubleshooting
