# Recipient Details

> Enter the name, email, and contact information for the shipment recipient.

Recipient details identify who the shipment is being delivered to. This information appears on the label and is used to send delivery notifications.

## Required fields

* **Name** — the recipient's full name as it should appear on the label
* **Email** — used to send delivery status notifications

## Optional fields

* **Phone number** — recommended when available; allows the driver to contact the recipient if needed

  Email is mandatory. Shipments cannot proceed without a recipient email address.
