# Postage

> Select a service level for your Canada shipment and review the calculated shipping rate.

Choose the service level that best fits your delivery timeline and budget. Rates are calculated based on your package dimensions and weight.

## Service levels

| Service         | Description                                                     |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Next Day**    | Priority delivery with the fastest available transit time       |
| **Standard**    | Regular delivery at a standard rate                             |
| **Publication** | Available for eligible publication-type items at a reduced rate |

## Rate calculation

The postage cost shown is based on:

* Package **dimensions** (length × width × height)
* Package **weight**
* The **service level** you select

The full shipment summary — including the selected service and total cost — is displayed on this page before you proceed to the next step.

## Making changes

If the rate isn't what you expected, you can return to previous steps to adjust dimensions, weight, or contents before confirming your selection.
