# Pickup Services

> Schedule a UniUni driver to pick up your batched shipments instead of dropping them off.

The pickup service lets you schedule a UniUni driver to collect your shipments directly from your location — no trip to a drop-off spot required.

## When to use pickup

Pickup is ideal when you have a large volume of shipments or when visiting a drop-off location isn't practical. If you commit **30 or more shipments** in a single pickup request, the pickup fee is waived automatically.

## How it works

1. Create or import your shipments in the UniUni Platform
2. Add shipments to a batch and print the batch label
3. Seal your shipments in the batch box
4. Request a pickup date and commit your batches
5. Be available on pickup day — drivers wait a maximum of **10 minutes**
