# Cut-off Times

> Drop-off cut-off times by service type for UniUni Stores and UniUni Points.

To ensure your shipments are processed within the promised delivery window, drop them off before the cut-off time for your service level.

## Cut-off schedule

| Service type          | Accepted at                     | Cut-off time             |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------- | ------------------------ |
| **Next Day Delivery** | UniUni Stores and UniUni Points | 12:00 PM (noon)          |
| **Standard Delivery** | UniUni Stores and UniUni Points | During local store hours |

## Store hours

* **UniUni Stores** — Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
* **UniUni Points** — Hours vary by partner. Check your location's hours on the [Location Finder](https://ship.uniuni.com/locations).

## Late drop-offs

  Drop-offs made after the cut-off time may not be delivered within the promised service window.

  The cut-off is determined by the scan event timestamp recorded when staff scans your shipment. If you're unsure whether your drop-off was scanned before the deadline, ask your branch associate to confirm the scan time.
