# Connect Your Store

> Set up the connection between your Shopify store and UniUni Platform

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

* A **UniUni Platform account** — [Sign up](https://ship.uniuni.com) or log in to your dashboard
* A **Shopify store** with admin or staff access that includes app installation permissions

## Step 1: Log in to UniUni Platform

Go to [ship.uniuni.com](https://ship.uniuni.com) and sign in with your merchant credentials.

## Step 2: Navigate to Integrations

From the dashboard sidebar, go to **Settings** → **Integrations**. You'll see a list of available integrations.

## Step 3: Connect Shopify

Click **Connect** next to the Shopify integration. You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection.

1. Log in to your Shopify admin if prompted
2. Review the permissions UniUni Platform is requesting
3. Click **Install app** to authorize the connection

Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to UniUni Platform.

## Step 4: Configure import settings

After connecting, configure how orders are imported:

* **Auto-import** — Choose whether new orders are imported automatically or on demand
* **Order filters** — Optionally filter which orders are imported (e.g., by fulfillment status)
* **Default service type** — Set a default shipping service for imported orders

## Step 5: Verify the connection

To confirm everything is working:

1. Go to **Settings** → **Integrations** and check that Shopify shows as **Connected**
2. Place a test order on your Shopify store (or use an existing unfulfilled order)
3. Check the **Orders** page in UniUni Platform — the order should appear in the staging area

<Note>
  It may take a few minutes for the first orders to sync after connecting. If orders don't appear after 10 minutes, check the troubleshooting section below.
</Note>

## Connecting multiple stores

To connect additional Shopify stores, repeat the steps above for each store. All stores will import orders into the same UniUni Platform account. Orders are tagged with their source store so you can filter by store in the dashboard.
