# About

> Automatically import Shopify orders into UniUni Platform for fulfillment and shipping

## Overview

The Shopify integration connects your Shopify store to UniUni Platform, automatically importing orders so you can generate shipping labels and fulfill orders — all from a single dashboard.

### Key capabilities

* **Automatic order import** — New Shopify orders sync directly into UniUni Platform
* **Fulfillment updates** — Orders are automatically marked as fulfilled in Shopify with tracking numbers
* **Tracking push-back** — Delivery status updates flow back to your Shopify store in real time
* **Multi-store support** — Connect multiple Shopify stores to a single UniUni account

### How it works

Orders flow through a simple pipeline:

1. A customer places an order on your Shopify store
2. The order is automatically imported into UniUni Platform's staging area
3. You review and adjust order details (weight, dimensions, service type) as needed
4. Import orders into the shipments table and purchase shipping labels
5. Tracking information is pushed back to Shopify and your customer is notified
