# Order Sync Integration

> Pull ShipStation orders into UniUni Platform for review, validation, and label purchase

Pull your ShipStation orders into UniUni Platform so you can review, validate, and convert them into shipments — all in one place.

<Note>This integration is **available now**. See [Carrier Integration](/en/integrations/shipstation/carrier-integration) if you prefer to stay inside ShipStation.</Note>

## How it works

Orders are imported from ShipStation into UniUni Platform's Orders Table, where you can review and validate them before committing to label purchase. Nothing is auto-purchased — you stay in control.

## Setup

  <Step title="Open ShipStation API settings">
    In ShipStation, go to **Account Settings → API Settings** and copy your **API Key** and **API Secret**.

  <Step title="Connect in UniUni Platform">
    In UniUni Platform, go to **Settings → Integrations → ShipStation** and paste your API Key and API Secret into the provided fields.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import your orders">
    Once connected, UniUni Platform will pull your ShipStation orders into the Orders Table. Orders are staged for review — nothing is purchased automatically.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review, validate, and fulfill">
    In the Orders Table, review your imported orders, validate details, bulk select the ones you're ready to ship, and commit them into shipments for label purchase.

## What you can do in the Orders Table

* **Review** — Inspect order details before committing to a shipment
* **Validate** — Catch address or content issues before purchasing labels
* **Bulk select** — Process multiple orders at once
* **Commit to shipments** — Convert selected orders into shipments ready for label purchase
