# Onboarding

> How to onboard with UniUni.

# Onboarding

Onboarding begins **after registration and email verification**. This process helps configure your account for operational use.

## Step 1: Business Information

1. Enter your **business name**
2. (Optional) Upload a business logo
   * If no logo is provided, your business name will be displayed as text in place of a logo

## Step 2: Business Location (Pickup Address)

3. Declare where your business is located
4. This address is used to create your **first pickup location**
5. Enter:
   * Address line 1
   * Address line 2 (optional)
   * City
   * Province and postal code (Canada)
   * State and ZIP code (United States)

You can add additional pickup locations later once your account is fully activated.

## Step 3: Product Categories

6. Select the types of products you ship
7. Example categories include:
   * Electronics
   * Health and personal care
   * Home goods
   * Books
   * Other supported categories

This information helps UniUni understand how to best support your business.

## Step 4: Shipping Volume

8. Declare your expected shipping volume
9. Available ranges:
   * 1 to 50
   * 51 to 100
   * 101 to 500
   * 501 to 1,000
   * 1,000+

Shipping volume helps determine operational support and expectations for daily shipping activity.

## Completion

10. Once all steps are completed, onboarding is finished
11. Your account is now ready for normal use on the UniUni platform
